Process
WELCOME and thank you for your interest in one of our Imperial Shih Tzu dogs.
It would be my pleasure to match you with your dream dog.
Please submit an Application and tell me about yourself.
I will contact you as soon as possible.
The Process
Before submitting your application, please do your research on the breed to make sure a Shih Tzu is the right fit for your lifestyle. Secondly, please wait to submit your Application, if you need to obtain permission from your significant other or landlord.
When you are ready to submit your Application, please tell me as much as you can about what you're looking for so I can help find you your best match.

Once I've had a chance to review your Application, if approved, I request a non-refundable deposit of $200 to hold a puppy for you. When deposit is received, you will be placed on my Waiting List. This "good faith money" goes towards the total price of the puppy and is not an extra fee.

The Waiting List is not necessarily, first come, first serve, because some buyers have a wish list such as a specific color, gender or size and will wait for that puppy to come along. When a litter is born, I will notify those on our Waiting List (those who have good faith deposits) before making the puppies available to the public for sale. I reserve the right to have first pick of any litter.

Prices of puppies vary according to size, color, quality. Prices start at $3,500 and go up. By around 6 weeks of age, I price each puppy after I have evaluated them.

Your selected puppy must be paid in full before pick-up. Puppies generally go home at around 10 weeks of age, but not before they weigh at least 2lbs; which could range from 10-14weeks depending on the puppy.

All puppies go home with our Puppy Starter Kit which include toys, collar, bowls, and a small amount of food. Their puppy folder will include relevant vet records.
